We offer support to all victims of crime in Ireland. Established in 2005 our aim is to support, inform and empower victims of crime and all those impacted by crime.
We are here to listen. We will give you time and space to talk about your experience. We can provide you with information about the criminal justice system and referrals to other resources in your community that may be able to help.

Our trained volunteers are available to take calls:

Monday – 10.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Tuesday to Friday – 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Saturday and Bank Holidays – 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Sunday – Closed

Outside of these hours you can leave a message and your call will be returned during the next Helpline open hours.
