How We Help

Listen. Support. Inform.
We are here to support anyone who has been impacted by crime, regardless of the nature of the crime, when the crime happened, or whether it has been reported to the Gardaí. Our trained staff and volunteers understand the issues and difficulties frequently encountered by victims of crime as well as by their friends and family.

We can also provide information and guidance to professionals (such as Gardaí, solicitors, doctors, and counsellors) who are working with victims of crime.

The Crime Victims Helpline provides Victim Awareness Training to a wide range of organisations both in-person and over Zoom. If you are interested in exploring our training options, you can contact us through the form below or by sending an email to info @ crimevictimshelpline.ie.
